In this rite the 8 rays of the chaostar according to Peter Carrolls definition are used:
Create a sigil and a mantra for the servitor, using your prefered method.
Get a physical basis for the servitor, I suggest an onyx (according to some mages the onyx is the stone of magick and has the ability to reinforce it). You can cleanse it as you wish, most would suggest using cold, flowing water.
In the circle draw a huge chaostar, big enough to stand in its center.
Statement of Intent:
"It is my will to invoke the powers of magick to create a general purpose servitor."
Stand in the center of the circle, facing to the ray of pure magick and visualise an octarine energy field building up in the ray. Then turn widdershins and do the same for each of the other rays with the appropriate colour. Also add appropriate images in the field if you wish (war - weapons; death - skeletons, hour glass; wealth - money, credit card etc.).
When you are facing the ray of pure magick again visualise a spinning vortex above you. No link each energy field to the vortex, starting with pure magick and turning widdershins again. Let the vortex spin faster now, drawing the energy fields into itself.
Then start to turn the vortex into the servitor. Visualise it gaining the shape you want it to have.
"(Name), I have given you the power of pure magick"
During the naming visualise the servitor in the appropriate colour.
"I and I alone have the power to call you and command you.
With the final words draw the servitor down into the material basis you chose.
Perform a banishing if you feel the need to.
